Tesco discontinues ‘god tier’ chocolate pud weeks before Christmas & shoppers say the alternatives are ‘useless’

TESCO has discontinued a hugely popular chocolate pud just weeks before Christmas.

Fans are fuming after the supermarket announced they will no longer stock Lindahl’s Kvarg white chocolate pudding.

It comes after fans of the treat had noticed it missing from shelves.

One customer tweeted: “Have you stopped selling the Lindhal’s 500g white chocolate kvarg pots?

“I bought them last week but they have now vanished. The 150g pots are useless.”

A Tesco spokesperson this morning revealed the popular pud has been “discontinued” adding that they “will not be getting any more stock”.

The white chocolate flavour had been a big hit with customers.

One person wrote: “Lindahls white chocolate kvarg is god tier.”

Another added: “This is so creamy, chocolatey and delicious! I can’t believe how low in carbs this is!

“I have them with strawberries and it’s a wonderful and guilt free keto treat.”

A third said: “Great taste – tastes like a cheesecake! Low calories, low sugar, high protein.”

It comes after Tesco dropped another Christmas essential from its shelves.

Fans of the supermarket’s turkey and stuffing ball crisps, part of Tesco’s finest range, were not happy about them being discontinued.

Heartbroken fans though might want to try the Christmas crisps that are available – and The Sun has already put them to the test.

We’ve also munched our way through the supermarket mince pies – the winner was “just right” beating Mr Kipling, Aldi and Lidl.

Tesco has now introduced “magic tills” in huge change that will end annoying “unexpected item in the bagging area” moments.
