Morrisons admits ‘it doesn’t seem right’ as shopper spots odd Christmas blunder & says ‘you’ve got choc on the brain’

MORRISONS found themselves in a choc of bother after a customer received a string of botched bunting.

Instead of Merry Christmas, their festive decoration spelt out ‘Terry Christmas’.

He joked it was either meant for Brooklyn Nine-Nine hunk Terry Crews or Morrisons had festive treat Terry’s Chocolate Orange on their mind.

Sharing a snap of the Christmas clanger on X, Matthew Mee wrote: “Hmmm @Morrisons I think you have #TerrysChocolateOrange on the brain here.

“Either that or @terrycrews #MerryChristmas #TerryChristmas.”

It appeared to be an innocent mistake from the bargain grocer.

They replied: “We do love a chocolate orange but this definitely doesn’t seem right.”

He was asked to send the Christmas item back for “further investigation”.

It comes as shoppers went mad for LED Christmas lights selling online at Studio for only £8 – 80 percent off their normal price of £45.

The incredible deal back in October also saw shooting star string lights on sale for only £12.

Morrisons were approached for comment.
