A FERRARI previously owned by a radio star and British Olympic icon has gone up for sale at an eye-watering price.
The 2010 458 Italia model has only done just under 19,000 miles since new and comes with some serious celebrity pedigree.

The flash motor was bought from new by Virgin Radio DJ and former Top Gear host Chris Evans 13 years ago.
Evans is a renowned petrolhead and is the proud owner of an extensive, multi-million-pound car collection.
This Ferrari would have shared a stable with an array of classics, including a Hesketh racer driven by F1 legend James Hunt and the actual Chitty Chitty Bang Bang car from the 1968 film.
After two years under Evan’s ownership, it was sold to another star, this time a Team GB athlete.
It was snapped up in 2012 by six-time Olympic gold medallist and 11-time cycling world champion Sir Chris Hoy.
The current owner has had the gorgeous vehicle for the last two and a half years, but has now put it up for auction through Collecting Cars.
Its listing states: “This Ferrari 458 Italia is a distinctive and particularly well-maintained example of the exhilarating mid-engine Italian supercar, offered with a rare factory specification and low mileage from new.
“It is powered by a mid-mounted 4.5-litre naturally aspirated V8, delivering 562bhp to the rear wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch ‘F1’ transmission with paddle shift.
“This 458 Italia boasts interesting provenance having been originally ordered by well-known Ferrari collector Chris Evans, before being sold to Sir Chris Hoy MBE in 2012.
“It would make a discerning addition to any high-performance collection, and an enthralling companion for weekend drives, visits to car shows, and long-distance road trips alike.”
It was last MOT’d in June and passed first-time with no advisories.
The car will also undergo a full dealership service before being delivered to its lucky buyer.
That lucky buyer will have to part with some serious cash, though, as the highest bid out of the five currently put in stands at £71,000.
The sale is set to end on November 28 so there’s plenty of time for the price to ratchet up a fair way too.
It comes after boxing legend George Foreman put his own 52-car collection up for sale in its entirety.
Meanwhile, Bugatti unveiled its new Bolide model labelled the “ultimate billionaire’s toy” set to sell next year for an astounding price.
