Anti-ageing expert shares ‘two finger method’ shes ‘swears by’ to get rid of frown lines – and it’s as good as Botox

A WRINKLE busting pro has revealed a simple trick you can do for free to take years off your skin.

Face yoga coach Melissa, 49, shares tips and tricks you can do at home to reduce ageing on her TikTok account.

In one video, the yoga coach shared how viewers can give themselves a ‘natural facelift’ to get rid of forehead wrinkles.

The caption to @tastendash’s video reads: “Want to know the secret to slow down aging in your face?

“A natural facelift with Face Yoga techniques.

“As we age the muscles in our face and neck area become weak and less firm, eventually sagging along with the skin. A natural way is to exercise and massage the face muscles so you can strengthen, tone and lift the muscles resulting in smoother skin.

“Exercise your face like you would your body!”

The first technique Melissa recommends in her video is the ‘forehead strengthener technique’.

Demonstrating the method, the yoga expert can be seen using her hand to pull her forehead skin backwards tightly and holding it there for a number of seconds.

In a reply to a comment on the video, Melissa states that if you use this technique every day, you should see results in as little as three weeks.

The second method that Melissa recommends is the ‘forehead press’.

To do this, the yoga practitioner makes her hands into fists and presses them against her forehead before using them to drag her forehead skin to the sides of her face.

In the next clip, Melissa shows a ‘before’ and ‘after’ picture of a man who she claims has used face yoga to give himself natural botox.

In the second picture, the man’s wrinkles have decreased dramatically.

In another video, Melissa shows viewers how to use a two finger trick to get rid of ’11s’, which are wrinkles between your eyebrows that look like the number 11.

Melissa places two fingers between her eyebrows and gently pushes down for 10 seconds.

She then moves her fingers in a circular motion “to relax the 11s”.

TikTokers have flooded to the comments sections of Melissa’s videos to praise her wrinkle busting techniques.

One user said: “You are amazing!”

Another added: “I’ve done this since my early 20s n still do it creeping on 50. It works.”
