The former heavyweight champion is having a garage clear out – with dozens of vehicles going under the hammer through Hagerty Marketplace.

The vehicles were released from Foreman’s private collection and they have been in static storage for years.

Foreman said: “I have been a car collector and enthusiast most of my life, but the time has come for me to share my cars with other like-minded enthusiasts.

“Being able to offer them to the more than million-strong Hagerty audience is the best way to ensure they get the attention they deserve.”

The incredible set features a valuable 2000 BMW Z8 owned by the Olympic champion since new.

The rare car is one of just 37 finished in Topaz blue metallic over a crema and black interior.

Another standout is the 1931 Ford Model A Cabriolet A400 and a 2005-edition GT super car from the same brand.

The Ford GT has only covered 790 miles – making it one of the best surviving models today.

The haul also features a massive tour bus, a Hummer, a number of hot-rods and a selection of low-rider motorcycles.

The lot also offers a first-generation Tesla Roadster sports car – which can now cost more than £90,000.

The rest includes an eye-watering range of luxury brands – including Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Plymouth, BMW, Porsche, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, and Volkswagen.

But Foreman’s love for sports car doesn’t stop here, he’s also selling several Ferraris.

A 2002 Ferrari 360 Modena and the 1987 Ferrari Testarossa will also showcase at the auction.

Cason Vogel, from Hagerty Marketplace, told the DailyMail: “The George Foreman collection has universal appeal, and one could easily see strong demand for the collection from overseas given the Foreman name and the usability of many of the cars in the collection.

“On top of that innate desirability is the opportunity to own a unique piece of sports history from one of history’s most well-known and celebrated boxers.”

Some of the vehicles being sold were impacted by a garage fire at Foreman’s property triggered by a golf cart battery in 2019.

Although none of the vehicles were damaged by the fire itself, some of the metal components were affected by corrosion.

However, winning bidders will receive additional mechanical attention before driving the lavish cars.

Each model in the collection will be going under the hammer without reserve which means they will be sold regardless of price.

The vehicles will be taken off the block between December 11 and 21, but many will be out each week.

It comes as the car that Prince Harry used for dates with Meghan Markle when the pair first met is up for sale.

Decked out in a “Daytona Grey” paint job, it boasts over £11,000 of optional extras, including a panoramic sunroof, cruise control, night vision assist and a heads-up display.
