Legendary comedian Jerry Seinfeld has just announced his long-awaited return to Australia.
He’ll be bringing his brand new show to our shores in June 2024, visiting Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Brisbane along with two shows in New Zealand.
The visit will be Seinfeld’s first time Down Under in five years, since his last tour in 2017.

If you’re hoping to score some tickets, you’d better get in quick because his last tour sold out quicker than you can say “yada yada yada”, and this time round is expected to be no exception.
At the moment, there is one show scheduled for each Australian city, except for Melbourne where the comedian has booked in for two nights.
A bit over 20 years ago, Seinfeld actually referred to Melbourne as the ‘anus of the world’ so it seems maybe his feelings toward the popular city have changed.

Seinfeld’s career first took off over 40 years ago after the comedian appeared on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson.
Just eight years later he teamed up with close friend and comedian Larry David to create one of the most iconic sitcoms in television history.
Seinfeld received 68 Emmy nominations and 10 wins over its nine seasons, and is still beloved to this day.
Over the last few decades, the comedian has taken on a number of new comedic ventures.

He has starred in, written and produced films such as Comedian and Bee Movie, as well as producing Broadway hit Colin Quinn Long Story Short.
But his accolades don’t end there. The iconic comedian also authored two best-selling books, along with one children’s book, and has multiple Emmy-nominated Netflix projects including Jerry Before Seinfeld, 23 Hours to Kill, and the highly acclaimed web series, Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee.
Most recently, he announced his upcoming film Unfrosted and has continued to perform live stand-up both in the US and internationally.
His Australian shows kick off in Perth on June 15th, and general public tickets will go on sale Friday November 17 from 12pm local time.
