WEST HAM could have a very different look in January as they eye up a new striker and a Manchester United duo.
And in a revenge plot against the Red Devils Sheikh Jassim is set to place a bid for a stake at the London Stadium.

Manager David Moyes is approaching what could be a busy January transfer window.
The Scotsman is keen to bring in a new striker as Danny Ings is yet to prove to be of any competition to No9 Michail Antonio.
Mexican hot-shot Santiago Gimenez may be the man to change that as his remarkable goal-scoring form for Feyenoord has caught West Ham’s attention.
But the Hammers are among a long list of clubs for the highly-rated defender.

Tottenham, Arsenal, Newcastle, Inter Milan, AC Milan, Juventus, Napoli, Lazio, Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid all have their eyes on the 22-year-old.
And there is a valid reason for that as so far this term he has scored 15 times in 11 outings in all competitions.
The East London side did spark interest in the striker during the summer but Gimenez ended up securing a long-term deal with the Eredivisie side until 2027.
Meaning he will not come cheap in the new year as the Rotterdam club have valued their frontman at £40million.

Although Gimenez is not the only target of interest – he is set to be the Hammers’ top pick going into the new year.
Another frontline reinforcement who is on Moyes’ radar is Manchester United‘s Anthony Martial.
The 27-year-old is yet to complete a full Premier League game since January 2021.
His contract expires at the end of the season but has a 12-month extension that could be triggered.
But Martial’s experience in the Premier League with over 300 caps for United could strengthen Moye’s attack alongside right winger Jarod Bowen.
And West Ham are ready to snatch a Red Devil duo as they prepare to reignite interest with snubbed transfer Harry Maguire.
The Hammers offered £20m for the former United captain in the summer but saw their bid rejected.
He has since hinted that he could leave in January ahead of Euro 2024 with England if he continues to receive limited game time.
Maguire’s expertise in front of the opposition’s posts could be beneficial to Nayef Aguerd.

A cheaper option for West Ham’s backline is Club America’s Uruguay centre-back Sebastian Caceres.
The Hammers could seal a deal with the 24-year-old in January for as little as £6million.
Meanwhile, a complete reshuffle of the Hammers transfer committee could be on the cards.
Man Utd reject Sheikh Jassim snubbed his bid to take over Old Trafford to pave the way for British billionaire Sir Jim Ratcliffe.
But the chairman of Qatar Islamic Bank is set to turn his back on the Glazers and Man Utd as he seeks to purchase a stake in the London Stadium.
The Hammers’ co-owner Vanessa Gold announced she is placing some shares up for sale.
Gold took over a 25 per cent ownership of the club following the passing of her father David in January, and is now looking to sell up to ten per cent of her stake, should the right person be interested.
